Claudia Zamudio Salazar

Claudia Zamudio Salazar has over 10 years of experience in the talent acquisition and human resources field. Claudia began their career in 2011 as an Analista de Reclutamiento y Selección at BMC Consultores. In 2012, they moved to Seek Consultores as a Psicóloga Analista de Selección. In 2014, they held two roles simultaneously; Jefe de Selección at G24 Consultores and Consultora Organizacional at BVM Consultores Ltda. In 2016, they became Analista de Selección at ISS CHILE. In 2017, they were an HR Partner at Hilti Latin America. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at PedidosYa, first as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and then as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Teamcore.

Claudia Zamudio Salazar is currently studying to become a Psychologist and Labor Orientation specialist at the Universidad de Las Américas in Chile.
