Jen Troy

Jen Troy is the AVP of Human Resources at TeamDynamix. Her specialty is talent acquisition, retention and performance management. In this capacity, she works closely with the rest of the TeamDynamix leadership team to guide the organization in the areas of team development, recruitment, and organizational design – particularly during a high growth period.

Jen brings over 13 years’ experience in human resources with more than 5 at a senior level. She is an active member in HRACO, the Human Resource Association of Central Ohio, and is credentialed as a Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resource Management, the world’s oldest HR association – where she is also an active member.

Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with minors in Religious Studies and History and a concentration in German from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND.
