Dovile Jablonske

Dovile Jablonske's work experience starts in 2007, where they worked as a Corporate Receptionist/Reservationist at Bank Of America Merrill Lynch. Their responsibilities included overseeing all activities for Front of House and providing training and mentorship to new starters.

From 2010 to 2014, Dovile worked at Allegis Group as a Payroll & Compliance Specialist/Customer Support Supervisor. Dovile supported the sales team on contract placements, managed a team of six people, and liaised directly with clients regarding candidates, payments, contracts, and compliance requirements.

In 2015, Dovile joined Radley James as an Operations Manager/HR Specialist. Their role involved linking all departments to ensure a smooth operational cycle, conducting compliance audits, resolving contracts and compliance queries, providing regular training, and managing key accounts. Dovile also handled HR responsibilities such as employee onboarding, induction, and HR system implementation.

Dovile then worked at Credit Suisse in 2015 as a Shared Services Recruitment Coordinator, focusing on EMEA Confidential Hires.

In 2016, they held two roles simultaneously. At Portland Resourcing, they worked as an EMEA Contracts and Compliance Manager. At Stott and May, they served as an EU & USA Contracts and Compliance Manager.

From 2018 to 2021, Dovile worked at Dynamic Contract Solutions as the Head of Compliance & Legal/Operations - Independent Consultant.

Currently, they are employed at Teamed as a Compliance and Operations professional, starting from 2021.

Dovile Jablonske obtained an Associate's Degree in Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Human Resources Management from CIPD Level 5, between 2015 and 2016. Dovile then pursued a BA Hons Business Studies with Law from The Open University, from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, between 2008 and 2014, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BASc) degree from The Open University. Additionally, they hold a certification in Foundations of Project Management from Corsera, which they obtained in March 2022.
