Jon Berasategui

Jon Berasategui has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jon most recently worked as a Technical Project Manager at TeamSupport starting in 2022. Prior to that, Jon was an Integration Specialist at elopage from March 2022 to September 2022, where they focused on designing and implementing customizations to deliver integrations and solutions to customers.

Jon also has experience as an Engagement Manager at Freshworks from October 2021 to February 2022. Before that, they worked at SnapEngage | Enterprise Chat Solution, where they held multiple roles including Technical Project Manager & Scrum Master from April 2020 to October 2021, Technical specialist, Client Success from July 2018 to April 2020, and Technical Support Engineer - Tier 2 from June 2016 to July 2018.

Jon's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and Trainer at Oracle from May 2011 to February 2016, and as a SuccessFactors Technical Support at SuccessFactors from July 2010 to May 2011.

In addition to their technical roles, Jon also has experience in the media industry, having worked as a Local Producer for a documentary at EITB in 2014, and as a Scriptwriter at Channel 4 from November 2007 to March 2008.

Jon's early career involved directing and editing various projects, and they also served as the Head of Post-Production at Runtime Revolution from August 2006 to December 2008. Jon Berasategui completed their education in a chronological order. From 1998 to 2001, they attended Lycee Maurice Ravel in France and obtained a Baccalaureate in Science of Economics. Jon then pursued further education at Andoain Film School from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained an HND in Media production. In addition to their formal education, Jon Berasategui also obtained additional certifications. In 2015, they received the PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate from AXELOS Global Best Practice, and in 2021, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org.
