Nicole Stephens

Nicole Stephens is a seasoned professional in business development and community engagement, currently serving as the Business Development Manager for Tearfund since June 2023, where efforts focus on expanding the country's funding portfolio and supporting local church-led initiatives for community transformation in Rwanda. Prior to this role, Nicole held various positions including Key Relationships Lead and Officer at Church Mission Society, where strategic donor fundraising was a primary responsibility. Previous experience includes project support at YWAM Uganda, an internship with UNAIDS focusing on strategic policy directions, and earlier roles in supporter relations and volunteering with Tearfund. Nicole obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Human, Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
