Adriana Lezcano Ramirez has over 10 years of experience in human resources. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Café Britt, where they were responsible for talent acquisition, performance management, and identifying training needs. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Human Resources Supervisor at Promed, handling recruitment, orientation programs, and HR policy communication.
