Brigitte Castro Montero has a diverse work experience. Brigitte started their career as a Sales and Service Representative for AT&T at SYKES in 2014, where they quickly became a top performer. Brigitte also took on additional responsibilities as a trainer and manager, guiding and coaching junior team members. In 2018, they joined CSS Corp as a Technical Support Agent for Vonage and was eventually promoted to Subject Matter Expert (SME) and later to Supervisor. During their two-year tenure as Supervisor, they developed skills in team management, project coordination, and data analytics. In 2022, they joined Tebra as a Customer Support Specialist, where they resolve customer cases while providing excellent customer service. Brigitte has also learned basic programming for design to contribute to the technical aspects of their role at Tebra. Brigitte consistently delivers high-quality support and has positioned herself as one of the top performers.

Brigitte Castro Montero attended the Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica from 2012 to 2014. During this time, they pursued studies in the field of Administration and Sustainable Tourism Management. The degree name obtained, however, is not specified.
