Brom M. Stevens has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 1994, they started as an IT Technician at ODI Consulting, where they worked until 1997. From 1999 to 2001, they served as a Computer Support Representative at Brigham Young University. In 2003, they joined Accenture as a Systems Analyst and Technical Consultant, where they worked until 2005. Brom M. then worked at John Hancock Life Insurance Company (U.S.A.) as an Operations Consultant and Graduate Intern in 2006.

In 2007, they joined Allscripts as a Business Analyst for the Executive Vice President of Client Solutions. Brom M. later transitioned to the role of Business Process Analyst, Project Manager, and member of the PMO. In 2008, they became the Director of Professional Services, a position they held until 2015.

In 2014, Brom founded Verey Healthcare, a healthcare startup focused on improving care for homebound individuals through their data-tracking and communication platform. Afterward, they joined Medecision in 2015 as the Director of Operations, CDO, and an Independent Healthcare IT & Business Consultant. From 2016 to 2021, they held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Client Partner and Vice President of Client Experience & Strategic Accounts.

In 2021, they joined HighRoads as the SVP of Client Services. In 2022, they briefly served as a Principal Consultant at Verey Health before assuming their current position as the VP of Customer Experience Management & Professional Services at Tebra.

Brom M. Stevens completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management Information Systems at Brigham Young University from 1996 to 2001. Brom M. then pursued further education and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Corporate and International Strategy from Emory University - Goizueta Business School between 2005 and 2007. In 2006, they also briefly attended Alliance Manchester Business School, although it is unclear whether they obtained a degree or studied a specific field during that time. From 2001 to 2003, Brom M. Stevens attended Kennesaw State University, where they studied Information Systems as part of their Bachelor's degree.
