Stefanie started their career as a Mental Health Worker at Alvarado Parkway Institute, where they provided direct care to patients in a psychiatric hospital. Stefanie ensured their safety and well-being, charted notes, and assisted nursing staff with patient needs. In 2015, they joined Workbridge Associates as a Senior Technical Recruiter, serving as a client consultant and direct recruiter for IT professionals. Stefanie had a deep understanding of the most promising technologies and matched top IT professionals with organizations offering career opportunities. In 2017, they transitioned to Kareo, a Tebra company, as a Manager of Talent Acquisition.
