Jordan King

Director, People & Culture at Tebra

Jordan King has a diverse and extensive work experience in various HR and people operations roles. They are currently working at Tebra as the Director of People & Culture, where they lead HR and People operations for a large team and oversee the administration of HR programs. Jordan is also a co-founder and co-chair of Tebra's LGBTQIA+ employee resource group. Prior to Tebra, Jordan worked as an HR Manager at ICONIQ Capital, where they provided HR support and guidance to employees, managers, and executives. They also have experience in HR and People operations roles at Make School and Gigwalk. Jordan started their career as a contracted HR Specialist at San Francisco State University and later served as an Assistant Director at the University of South Florida. They also held board positions at the National Orientation Directors Association and gained experience in program and graduate assistant roles at Colorado State University and Northern Illinois University, respectively.

Jordan King completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) degree at Washington University in St. Louis from 2005 to 2009, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. From 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration at Colorado State University. They also obtained additional certifications, including "DEI Practitioner Master Class" from the NeuroLeadership Institute in July 2023 and "HR as a Business Partner" from LinkedIn in June 2019.
