Walter Iszczyszyn

Walter Iszczyszyn is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the life science and laboratory automation industry. Walter has held various roles in different companies throughout their career.

Walter'smost recent position was at Tecan, where they served as the Head of Key Accounts Americas, Partnering Systems. Prior to that, they worked at Tecan OEM Partnering Business as the Director of Key Accounts, Americas.

Before joining Tecan, Walter worked at BD as the WW Genomics Service Manager, where they managed the development of service support plans for genomics division instrumentation platforms. Walter also served as the Key Account Manager for ultra-high throughput key accounts.

Walter has also held leadership positions at GenCell Biosystems as the Vice President of Operations, where they launched the US subsidiary office and led operations functions. Walter was also responsible for building field service and customer support teams.

In addition to their experience at BD and GenCell Biosystems, Walter has worked at Hologic as the Director of Automation and Tech Support, Third Wave Technologies as the Director of Automation & Tech Support, Roche Molecular Systems as a Principal Scientist, Gene Trak Systems as a Sr Research Scientist & Production Supervisor, Massachusetts General Hospital as a Sr Laboratory Technician, and PerkinElmer as a Laboratory Assistant.

Throughout their career, Walter has demonstrated their expertise in project management, team leadership, and providing support for laboratory instrumentation platforms.

Walter Iszczyszyn holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Fairfield University. Walter also has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biology/Molecular from the University of Bridgeport.
