Samagi Manusha has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 as a Trainee Business Analyst at the Information and Communication Technology Agency of Sri Lanka. In 2014, they joined Bharti Airtel Lanka as a Trainee Business Analyst and later in 2015, they became a Team Manager at Innodata Inc. In 2016, Samagi worked as a Project Officer at the Information and Communication Technology Agency of Sri Lanka. Samagi then joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2017 as an Assistant Director Of Information Technology, holding that position until 2022. Currently, Samagi is working as the Head of Global Delivery and Support at Tech One Global Ltd.

Samagi Manusha has a diverse education history. From 2018 to 2020, they attended the University of Colombo and pursued a Masters in Information Systems Management, specializing in Information Technology. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they studied at Uva Wellassa University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Industrial Information Technology, focusing on Information Technology and Management.
