Shanuka Dulshan

Shanuka Dulshan is a User Experience Designer with significant experience in industry-focused research, planning, prototyping, and design system creation. Currently at Tech Quarters since June 2023, Shanuka contributes to improving usability for various projects, including Global Farms Organic Marketplace and Book Beauty Booking System, while enhancing the Greysync Business Management ERP product. Previously, at Wyld Global from April 2022 to June 2023, Shanuka conducted market research and competitive analysis which led to a 30%-40% reduction in bounce rates for Watawala Tea brand web through UI revamps and UX enhancements. Shanuka holds a BSc in Information Technology from Rajarata University of Sri Lanka and completed GCE Advanced Level in Science at Ananda College.
