Janika Wilhelm

Janika Wilhelm is currently a Werkstudent in Human Resources, focusing on Recruiting and Talent Acquisition at tech11 GmbH since December 2022. Previously, Janika gained experience as a Praktikant in HR Business Partner roles at Rohde & Schwarz from February to September 2020. Janika is pursuing a Master of Arts in Personalmanagement at IU International University of Applied Sciences, expected to graduate in October 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Betriebswirtschaft from the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt, completed in 2022.
