John Murphy

John Murphy has extensive experience in the technical equipment sales industry. John started their career at Ellison Machinery Co in 1986 as an Executive Vice President and worked there until 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they were the President of Machine Tool Systems, which eventually became Morris South. In 2003, they became the President of Technical Equipment Sales. In 2006, they co-founded Morris Midwest and served as its President until 2013. During their time at Morris Group, Inc., they held multiple roles including Vice President of Operations from 2013 to 2015 and Vice President from 2015 to 2016. John is currently the President of Technical Equipment Sales Company, LLC since 2016. Additionally, they served as an Independent Director for Cortina Asset Management from 2011 to 2019.

John Murphy attended Marquette University from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Their field of study was engineering.
