Bea Mahieu

Bea Mahieu is a Principal Consultant at Technopolis Group, with over two decades of experience in evaluating and assessing the impact of research and innovation governance systems, policies, and programs at both European and national levels. Mahieu has led complex studies focused on R&I governance, providing policy advice and support to national policymakers on the design and implementation of R&I strategies. Previous experience includes senior roles at Databank, managing international and European studies, and at Inventa Ltd, where Mahieu oversaw the International Programmes division and trained marketing professionals. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Slavic Philology from the University of Ghent and postgraduate studies in Czech Language and Literature at Charles University.
