Bonnie Sims

Bonnie Sims is the VP of People at Tecovas. Prior to joining Tecovas, Bonnie served as the HR Manager at Zengistics, where they built out the entire HR/Recruiting/and Office functions and led a team of individuals who focused on making Zengistics a great place to work for all employees. Bonnie has also served as the People Operations Generalist at Modernize, where they managed everything from recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, culture, benefits, and compliance. Bonnie began their career in human resources at Atomic Picnic, where they built out a complete HR program and managed the Marketing & HR Teams.

They work with Brian Jordan - Executive Creative Director, Summer Bridwell - VP, Customer Experience, and Paul Choi - Chief Product Officer. Bonnie Sims reports to David Lafitte, CEO.
