Jennifer Tran

Jennifer Tran has worked in people operations for over six years. Jennifer started their career as a Full Time Educator at lululemon athletica, where they provided guests with world-class education and experience through product, culture and community. Jennifer then transitioned to Tecton, where they worked as a Project Manager/Senior Recruiter. In this role, they were responsible for managing the recruitment process for all positions within the company. Jennifer then moved on to Blue Bottle Coffee, where they worked as a Recruiter (Retail, High Volume). In this role, they were responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for retail positions within the company. Most recently, Jennifer has been working as a People Operations Project Manager at Tecton. In this role, they are responsible for managing and executing projects related to people operations.

Jennifer Tran received a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies and Business Marketing from San Jose State University.
