Megan McDonald

Megan McDonald has a strong background in business analysis and has worked in various roles throughout their career. Megan started their career at the Virginia Employment Commission in 2012 as a Business Analyst, where they reviewed and maintained requirement documentation and ensured system compliance with state and federal laws. Megan then moved to Sagitec Solutions in 2016, where they served as a Lead Analyst for multiple state unemployment insurance modernization projects. In this role, they acted as a liaison between internal and external business teams and IT to provide technical solutions and translated business requirements into functional specifications. Currently, Megan is working at Tegrit as a Business Analyst, starting in 2023.

Megan McDonald attended Virginia Commonwealth University from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology.
