Dan Montgomery

Dan Montgomery has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Dan currently serves as the Chief Learning Officer at both Tek Experts and elev8 education since July 2020. In their previous positions, they were the Vice President - Learning Operations and Administration at Oracle from January 2016 to July 2020. Prior to that, they worked at ADP as the Sr. Director, L&P Curriculum Design - Major Account Services from May 2013 to January 2016. Dan also held leadership positions at Convergys, where they served as the Sr. Director, Global Training Innovation from October 2009 to May 2013, Sr. Director, Training Delivery and Curriculum from January 2008 to October 2009, Director, Learning Consulting and Instructional Design from December 2006 to January 2008, and Director, Client Services from June 2005 to December 2006. In addition, they have experience as the Director of Operations at Convergys from September 2004 to June 2005. Dan has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Wilmington College (OH) from September 2004 to September 2010. Prior to that, they held senior positions at Standard Register as the VP, Client Services from January 2003 to September 2004 and as the Director, Client Care from June 2001 to January 2003. Dan Montgomery began their career at Citi Group as the VP, Group Leader - Chief of Staff from January 1997 to June 2001, and at ICT Group as the Sr. Manager, Operations from March 1995 to December 1996.

Dan Montgomery earned their MBA in Business Administration and Management from Xavier University - Williams College of Business from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained their BA in Business Administration from Wilmington College (OH) between 1997 and 1999. In their earlier years, they completed an AS in Business Administration from Sinclair Community College from 1985 to 1988. In addition to their degrees, they also hold certifications in Coaching Leaders from Linkage, obtained in 2010, and in Six Sigma Green Belt from Breakthrough Management Group, obtained in 2002.
