His passion is to keep organizations on the cutting-edge, constantly challenging the status quo and raising the bar on what it means to deliver the best Customer Experience. Prior to joining Tek Experts, Steve was General Manager of Worldwide Customer Service and Support at Microsoft and held executive leadership roles at CA Technologies and Convergys Corporation. He has consistently led teams that have a passion for customers and understand that helping the end customer extract the most value from the products and services they have purchased is the only path to customer loyalty.
