David has also held leadership roles at Catalyst Software, ZOLL Data, Spectralink Corporation, Sopheon, Tendril Networks, Polycom, and SpectraLink, where they developed and executed strategies, managed teams, and achieved revenue targets. David's expertise lies in customer engagement, customer satisfaction, and developing effective customer success programs.
