Lena Mixalovna Polyakova Haviland

Lena Mixalovna Polyakova Haviland has held various leadership roles at TEKsystems since July 2006, currently serving as Executive Director of Technology Enablement, where a focus on collaboration and creativity aids high-tech customers in achieving business and technology goals. Prior experience includes roles as Regional Director across Global and Healthcare Services, driving initiatives in data, cloud, and managed services for multiple industries, including healthcare and media. Earlier in career, Lena was instrumental in business development within the media and entertainment sector, managing relationships with major clients such as Disney and NBCU. Prior to TEKsystems, Lena served as a Marketing Project Coordinator at J & L Marketing. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Psychology from the University of San Diego.
