Orna Granot has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Orna began their career in the Israel Defense Forces, where they served as a lieutenant colonel in the MAMRAM division from 1985 to 2010. Following their military service, Granot joined the Migdal Group, where they held various leadership positions. As VP CTO, they formulated DEVOPS methodologies and tools for managing the development process and established a technological strategy. Later, as VP Operations & Infrastructure Technology Division, they managed major IT projects, implemented the information security policy, and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements. Granot then joined Isracard as CTO and Head of IT & Operations department, leading a technology department of 130 employees and managing a robust infrastructure across three data centers. Currently, they serve as the Head of Infrastructure and Operations at Tel Aviv Medical Center, focusing on managing and enhancing the organization's technological infrastructure.
Orna Granot completed their Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended Mamram from 1982 to 1990, where they completed technological certification courses.
