Zohar Sela

Zohar Sela has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Zohar currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Panorays. Prior to this, Zohar worked at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, where they held various positions including EVP of Human Resources and Head of Human Resources. In these roles, they were responsible for developing HR strategies, managing the employee life cycle, and handling labor relations. Before joining the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, Zohar was the Head of Human Resources at Tesnet Group Ltd and also worked in customer relations and recruitment at Aman Group.

Zohar Sela obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from The College of Management Academic Studies, which they attended from 2001 to 2004. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Consultancy at the same institution, completing it from 2007 to 2009.
