Felix Chang

Felix Chang is an experienced professional in user experience research with a significant background in leading and developing teams. At Teladoc Health, Felix served as Director of User Experience Research from September 2021 to May 2025, guiding a team to enhance virtual health services for 100 million eligible members and increasing study capacity. Prior roles include Strategy Director at Artefact, where Felix focused on experience research and human-centered design, and positions at the City of Seattle, IBM, and the Stanford Virtual Human Interaction Lab, showcasing expertise in strategic planning, qualitative research, and inclusive community engagement. Felix holds a B.A. with Honors in Cognitive Psychology from Stanford University.
