Melanie Roy

Melanie Roy is currently serving as Talent Director at Teladoc Health, following the company's acquisition of Ipnos in July 2021. Prior to their current role, Melanie held the position of Head Of Talent at Ipnos, where Melanie played a pivotal role in the development of the BetterSleep app and helped millions of users worldwide achieve better sleep. With a background in Human Resources and extensive experience in recruitment services, Melanie has a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal and a DEC in Business Administration from Cegep de Sherbrooke.
