Michael Vazquez

A top-notch finance and accounting professional, Michael Vazquez has a track record of success in federal grant management and managing multiple streams of revenue. In his recent positions with the Friends of the NC Museum of Natural Sciences and the Foundation Nursing Excellence (both in Raleigh, NC), Michael played a pivotal role in building assets, improving internal processes, and streamlining operations.

Michael attained both his Bachelor’s and Masters of Science degrees in Accounting from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. A Certified Public Accountant, Michael is also a Certified Management Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Management Accountants, and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
