Nursultan Khamzin

Nursultan Khamzin has a diverse work experience, starting their career as a Trainee Field Engineer at Schlumberger in 2013. Following that, they worked at PwC as a Consultant from November 2015 to July 2016. Nursultan then joined McKinsey & Company as a Consultant from October 2016 to July 2020. In 2021, they interned at Amazon as a Senior Program Manager. In 2022, they joined McKinsey & Company again as an Associate and later became a Junior Engagement Manager. Currently, they hold the positions of Head of CEO Office and Chief Strategy Officer at Tele2 Kazakhstan.

Nursultan Khamzin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Harvard Business School, which they pursued from 2020 to 2022. Their earlier education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Nazarbayev University, which they completed between 2010 and 2015.
