Lukeman Adio is an IT Application Support & Monitoring Analyst at Vodafone Ghana since February 2022, where responsibilities include managing BSS monitoring tools and ensuring optimal performance of BSS solutions. Previous positions include roles as an Intern DevOps Engineer at Shoetan Foundation Inc., a Mathematics & ICT Tutor at EKIS Montessori School, and a Director of Affairs at The Builders' Construction Ltd. with earlier experience as an HR Officer at Saiwest Ltd. and an IT Technician at Vodafone Ghana. Lukeman also has a background in monitoring IT infrastructure at Ecobank Development Corporation and holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, along with various IT certifications, including ITIL V3 and Microsoft Certified Professional.
