Justyna Nawrocka

Justyna Nawrocka has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Justyna started their career as a Researcher/Assistant/Secretary at Egon Zehnder International in 1997. From there, they held various roles at Studio Arka, including Administration and HR Specialist and Trade and Marketing Specialist. In 2002, they worked as the Legal and Administration Manager at Samodzielny Publiczny Szpital Kliniczny im. prof. W. Orłowskiego CMKP (Public Academic Hospital).

In 2003, Justyna joined British-American Tobacco Polska S.A. as a Junior Lawyer Operations, where they provided legal support for Operations in areas of civil law, labour law, and administrative law. Justyna later became the Operations/In-house Lawyer and led the Operations Legal and Customs & Excise functions. Justyna managed a team of eight and contributed to the development of the business strategy and delivery of business results.

In 2010, Justyna worked for British American Tobacco as a Legal Manager, providing legal support for the regional BAT supply chain business in the United Kingdom. Justyna drafted and negotiated contracts, ensured proper corporate governance, and collaborated with lawyers from various BAT entities.

In 2011, they joined PZL Mielec (a Sikorsky Company) as the International Trade Compliance Director and later as the Legal Director. Justyna managed the implementation of the company's ITC program, provided legal oversight, and managed a team of 15. Justyna also collaborated with the U.S. headquarters and developed and executed the functional strategy.

From 2015 to 2017, Justyna worked at UTC Building & Industrial Systems as the International Trade Compliance Global Audit Program Lead. Justyna was responsible for leading the global audit program and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

At Collins Aerospace, Justyna served as the International Trade Compliance (Authorizations)/Mechanical Systems, where they had responsibility over non-U.S. Mechanical Systems locations and handled local export authorizations.

Justyna continued their career at Teledyne FLIR in 2020, where they held the roles of Global Trade Compliance Regional Director EMEA and GTC Director Solutions division. Justyna then joined Teledyne Technologies Incorporated in 2022 as the Trade Compliance Director Europe – Teledyne Digital Imaging.

Throughout their career, Justyna has demonstrated a strong understanding of trade compliance, legal, and administration, and has successfully managed teams and collaborated with various stakeholders.

Justyna Nawrocka completed their education with a Master's degree in Law from the University of Warsaw in 2000. Justyna also attended Kozminski University from 2012 to 2013, where they obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Commercial Law. Justyna has further enhanced their legal knowledge by completing a postgraduate course in Public Procurement Law at Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW) in 2011. Justyna briefly attended ICAN Institute in 2013, focusing on the Academy of Strategic Leadership. Justyna'seducation journey began at Liceum im. Bolesława Prusa, where they completed their high school education from 1991 to 1995.
