Emma Pollard

Emma Pollard has extensive experience in talent development, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Talent Development & Talent Management at Teleflex since 2014. Emma's career at Teleflex has involved progressive roles, starting from Talent Development Specialist to Senior Director. Prior to Teleflex, Emma held positions such as International Customer Service Team Leader at Vidacare and Chalet Manager at snowchateaux. Emma's earlier experience includes roles in procurement and customer service at British American Tobacco and Salomon, respectively. Emma holds a Master of Science in Sport & Exercise Psychology and a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology from the University of Portsmouth, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the same institution.
