Eleni Thomakou

Eleni Thomakou is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the tech and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Senior People Business Partner at Telefónica Tech since March 2020, Eleni specializes in people management, strategic workforce planning, and talent development within the Cybersecurity & Cloud division. Prior to this role, Eleni held various senior HR positions at Telefónica, including responsibilities in organizational development, employee lifecycle strategy, and talent acquisition. Eleni's career began with an internship at Voith AG, followed by a managerial position at Inditex, where crucial staff coordination and budget management skills were developed. Eleni holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
