Javier Grau Ullastres

Javier Grau Ullastres has extensive experience in the telecommunications and consulting industries. Javier currently serves as the Head of Business Development Europe & Offnet IoT&Big Data at Telefónica Tech since 2020. Prior to this role, they were the Head of IoT Partner Programme Europe at Telefónica from January 2020 to November 2020. Javier also worked at Telefónica as the Head of International Development & Partnerships Telefónica IoT - Onthespot from September 2016 to December 2018, the Head of Business Analysis from February 2014 to September 2016, and the Head of Strategy from January 2012 to February 2014.

Before joining Telefónica, Javier worked at PwC España as a Gerente from October 2009 to January 2012, specializing in the Energy and Telecommunications sectors. Javier started their consulting career at Oliver Wyman as an Associate from October 2003 to February 2009, focusing on the Telecommunications, Energy, and Industrial sectors. Javier's earlier experience includes working as an Analyst at HypoVereinsbank - UniCredit - Deutschland from August 2002 to October 2003.

Javier Grau Ullastres pursued their education at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where they completed a degree in Law from 1995 to 2001. Following this, they attended the Centro de Estudios Garrigues and obtained a Master's degree in Private Banking and Finance in 2003. Additionally, they participated in a specialized program in Portfolio Management at IEB in the same year.
