Alex Hunter

Alex Hunter is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in network planning and IT project management. Currently serving as an Expert Engineer at Movistar (Telefónica Hispam) since April 2021, Alex has previously held senior engineering roles at Telefonica Holding Chile from February 2012 to November 2021, focusing on network value-added services and vendor management. Additional experience includes developing IT solutions at Telefonica Chile from 2007 to 2011, applying CMMI/ITIL methodologies and SOA frameworks. Alex holds a Master's Degree in Systems and Communication Networks and is pursuing an MBA at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, complementing an educational foundation in electronics and engineering sciences from Universidad Austral de Chile.
