Allan Chiwaya

Allan Chiwaya has a substantial work experience in the telecommunications industry. From 2011 to the present, they have been employed at Telekom Networks Malawi Limited, where they started as a Billing Specialist. In this role, Allan was responsible for various tasks including post-paid systems maintenance and administration, customer assistance, training, and implementing new billing technologies. Allan then progressed to the position of Manager, Business Systems, where they continued to handle billing and systems administration. In October 2018, Allan became the Information Technology Infrastructure Manager at the same company. Prior to this, from 2008 to 2010, Allan worked at Airtel Malawi as a Postpaid Billing Administrator. In this role, they were involved in general systems administration, customer communication, interconnect systems administration, and project management.

Allan Chiwaya attended the University of Malawi - Polytechnic from 2003 to 2007, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
