Zifeng Tian (Z)

Zifeng (Z) Tian has a diverse work experience in the field of design, starting from 2010.

Zifeng (Z)'smost recent role was as a Design Director at Telenav, where they led a team responsible for the core infotainment system. Zifeng (Z) ensured excellence in all phases of UX work and developed and sold big ideas to senior leadership and customers.

Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Design Manager and a Design Manager at Telenav, leading the UX design for VIVID, a hybrid in-vehicle infotainment system. Zifeng (Z) also managed design teams and led the design for navigation systems for car brands targeting global markets.

Before joining Telenav, Zifeng worked as a Lead Interaction Designer at Telenav and a Product Designer at CloudOn, where they owned various aspects of the product user experience and tested interaction flows.

Zifeng also has experience as an Interaction Designer at iAchieve for ETC&GlassLAB and as a Web Designer & Artist at UP+ for ETC&Microsoft. Zifeng (Z) has also worked as an Interaction Designer at Carnegie Mellon HCII School, a Level Designer at Spring Entertainment for ETC&SevenSpring ski resort, and a Game Designer and Modeler at Carnegie Mellon University - Entertainment Technology Center.

Zifeng started their career as an Interaction Designer Intern at eico design and as an Interaction Designer at Hunan University & Nokia.

Zifeng (Z) Tian has a diverse education history. In 2007, they began their academic journey at Hunan University, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design in 2011. During this time, Zifeng obtained a Master of Entertainment Technology with a focus on Human Computer Interaction.
