Sandra Radzimska

Sandra Radzimska has a diverse work experience in the field of CRM and Salesforce management. Starting in 2009, they worked as a GIS/CAD Operator at GISPRO for three years before joining Geomar SA in 2011 with the same role. In 2013, they transitioned to the Wilhelmsen group, where they performed multiple roles, including Application Specialist, Tester CPQ Tool, and Document Controller. During this time, they managed CRM Salesforce and CPQ Configure One issues, gathered business needs, developed, tested, and released changes. Sandra also provided training and worked closely with developers and the CPQ vendor. In 2017, Sandra joined Survitec Group Ltd. as a CRM Administrator, overseeing the administration and maintenance of Salesforce for over 450 users. In this position, they developed CRM Salesforce and CPQ Configure One solutions, gathering business needs, designing best practices, and testing and releasing changes. Sandra left Survitec Group Ltd. in 2019 and joined DNV as a Senior CRM Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for implementing change requests, gathering business requirements, and designing and implementing solutions in Salesforce. Sandra also provided training and contributed to the development of Salesforce strategy and activity plans. Currently, Sandra is working as a CRM Systems Manager at Telenor Linx, a position they started in February 2023.

Sandra Radzimska's education history includes various academic degrees and certifications. Sandra attended the Maritime University of Szczecin from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Geodesy and Cartography, with a focus on Geoinformatics. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2011, they attended the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin and obtained a Postgraduate degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). In the years preceding their postgraduate studies, from 2006 to 2011, Sandra attended Uniwersytet Szczeciński and earned a Master of Geography degree, specializing in Geography and Geography of the Sea.

Additionally, Sandra has obtained several certifications, including Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant. Sandra also holds a certification in Web Sites in HTML+CSS from the Zachodniopomorskie Centrum Informatyki.
