Emilia Ala-Rantala

Emilia Ala-Rantala has a varied work experience, starting with a position as a People and Culture trainee at Teleste in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Summer Associate at Edututor Oy / Bygghemma Group from May 2021 to August 2022. Emilia was also a Salesperson at Bodypioneer from October 2019 to November 2020, and at ELIXIA Finland from April 2020 to September 2020. Emilia held multiple positions at ELIXIA Finland, including Customer Service Representative and head of reception, from May 2019 to October 2019. Earlier in their career, Emilia worked as a Customer Service Representative at Hööks in 2018. Emilia also has experience as an Instructor at Tampereen Jumppatiimi TAJU Ry from September 2015 to May 2018.

Emilia Ala-Rantala began their education in 2015 at Svenska samskola i Tammefors, where they completed their studentexamen from 2015 to 2018. Following this, they attended Hanken School of Economics from 2018 to 2021 and obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Organisation. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science degree in Management and Organisations at Hanken School of Economics, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
