Susan Rumisha

Susan Rumisha is a seasoned professional specializing in biostatistics and geospatial modeling, currently serving at the Ifakara Health Institute since November 2023. With an extensive background as an Honorary Research Associate at Telethon Kids Institute since September 2020 and a long-term position as a Biostatistician at the National Institute for Medical Research since April 2002, Susan has demonstrated a commitment to advancing health research. Previous experience includes a postdoctoral role at the University of Oxford, focusing on geostatistical modeling for the Malaria Atlas Project, and a PhD at the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute centered on malaria transmission modeling.
