Mallory Nimis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2012, they worked as an HR Assistant and Accounting Assistant at Bemis Company, Inc. for a year. In 2014, they became a Graduate Intern for Study Abroad at Central College for an eight-month period. From 2015 to 2017, Mallory worked as a Site Specialist at CEA Study Abroad. Following that, Mallory joined The University of Texas at Austin in 2017, where they held roles as an Education Abroad Program Coordinator until 2021 and as a Graduate Program Coordinator until 2022. Currently, Mallory is working as a Customer Success Manager at TeleVet, starting in August 2022.
Mallory Nimis holds a Master's degree in International Education Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, which was completed from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and French from St. Norbert College, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, Mallory has obtained certifications including the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in February 2023 and Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn in September 2021.
