Dan Bae

Dan Bae has extensive work experience in the legal field. Dan currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Global Technology & Infrastructure Counsel at TelevisaUnivision since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Mastercard, where they held various roles including Senior Managing Counsel in Products & Engineering, NAM from February 2022 to November 2022, Senior Managing Counsel in New Payment Flows from February 2019 to January 2022, and Senior Counsel in U.S. Markets from November 2016 to January 2019. Before joining Mastercard, they were an Associate Counsel at RX USA from June 2013 to July 2016. Dan Bae began their legal career as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP from September 2008 to May 2013, after a summer associate role at the same firm in 2007. Dan also gained experience as a Summer Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP in 2006.

Dan Bae attended The Bronx High School of Science from 1992 to 1996. Dan then went on to Brandeis University, where they earned a BA in Economics and Biology from 1996 to 2000. Later, they attended Brooklyn Law School from 2005 to 2008 and obtained a JD degree.
