Prior to that, from 2002 to 2004, they studied Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, earning a BS degree. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications: Enterprise Architecture TOGAF 9.1 from The Open Group in 2015, Business Architecture in 2014, Six Sigma Master Black Belt from ITT Industries in 2009, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Master from ITT Industries in 2008, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Michigan in 2005.
