Aya Ishikawa

Aya Ishikawa is an experienced Human Resources professional with over twelve years of experience. Aya began their career in 2008 as a Senior Manager and Regional HR Business Partner at Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications Japan Inc. In 2012, they moved to DOCOMO Innovations, Inc. as an Office Manager and HR Specialist. In 2013, they became a Senior HR Business Partner at SB Product Group, a SoftBank company. In 2015, they took on the role of Senior HRBP/Talent Acquisition at SoftBank Group. In 2019, they became Head of People at Fracta and also took on a UX Design Project (Contract) role at Toyota Research Institute. In 2020, they became HR Director at Rosewood Family Advisors and Simbe Robotics, Inc., and Chief People Officer at Telexistence Inc.

Aya Ishikawa attended Keio University from 1992 to 1996 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Policy Management.
