Rachel Brantley

Rachel Brantley is a Human Resources Specialist at Telgian since February 2021, responsible for managing the recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as developing HR initiatives and maintaining employee relations with a focus on confidentiality. Previous experience includes serving as an Onboarding Specialist and HR Representative at ABM Industries, where duties involved applicant management and training efforts. Rachel began their HR career as a Human Resources Intern, gaining comprehensive exposure to various HR functions. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from National Louis University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oglethorpe University.
