Allen McConnell

Allen McConnell has over 30 years of work experience in the banking and finance industry. Allen'srecent position was as the Vice President Commercial Relationship Manager at Telhio Credit Union, where they actively maintain relationships with commercial clients. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of the Minority Business Development Division at the Ohio Development Services Agency, where they were responsible for underwriting and presenting companies for loan and bonding programs. Allen also has experience in locating funding sources and investors as the Managing Director at Naranza Partners. Throughout their career, Allen has demonstrated their expertise in commercial lending, credit analysis, and relationship management. Allen has held various roles at CF Bank and Fifth Third Bank, where they closed significant commercial loans and managed a portfolio of commercial real estate loans. Allen began their career as a Credit Underwriter at Bank One Corporation and gained experience in loan underwriting and approval. Allen’s extensive background in the banking industry has equipped him with strong financial analysis and lending skills.

Allen McConnell attended Purdue University from 1985 to 1989, where they studied Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management. Allen obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in General Management during their time at Purdue University. Later, in 1990 to 1991, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance at Xavier University.
