Junaid Qazi

Junaid Qazi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Junaid started their career in 2003, working as a Senior Tech (Level 3) at Convergys. Junaid then moved on to work as a Software Developer at Bill Express / OnQ from 2006 to 2008.

In 2008, Junaid joined iCareHealth as a Full Stack Software Developer before transitioning to the role of Implementation Consultant and later Implementation Manager. Junaid successfully managed various projects and implemented Clinical Care and Medication management solutions for large Residential Aged care providers.

Junaid continued their career at Telstra Health – ADCC in 2015 as the Operations Manager, and then as the Operations Manager - Community. Junaid played a crucial role in scaling professional services and increasing client adoption for the Home Care division, leading to better cost-effective implementations.

At Telstra Health, Junaid worked as the Head of Client Services - Community (Aged and Disability) from November 2018 until April 2023. In this role, they led the strategy and execution of professional services and support functions for all Community products. Junaid also played a key role in the strategy and planning for winding down the Aged and Disability Home Care products. Junaid implemented multiple systems to enhance efficiency, including Jira Service Desk, client portals, a Dynamics 365 Pilot, and a customer satisfaction program.

Currently, Junaid holds the position of Head of Professional Services (Primary, Aged and Community Care) at Telstra Health, starting in April 2023.

Junaid Qazi has a Master of Applied Science degree in Information Systems from RMIT University, completed between 2004 and 2006. Junaid also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University, earned between 1999 and 2003. Junaid has completed the Finance for Non-Financial Managers program at Melbourne Business School, finishing in 2018. Additionally, they have taken the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner course at Axelos, as well as the Transformational Leadership and Clarity, Culture & Collaboration Courses at Lysander, both with specific dates undisclosed. Furthermore, Junaid has completed the Telstra Core Capability Commercial Acumen Practitioner Course before 2017.
