Alexis Veljkovic

Alexis Veljkovic has extensive experience in the field of M&A and funding. They currently hold the position of Head of Strategy, M&A & Funding at Tembici since October 2021. Before joining Tembici, they worked at Rothschild & Co as an M&A Vice President from July 2017 to April 2021. Prior to that, they had worked at RR Donnelley, first in Mergers & Acquisitions / Investor Relations from September 2012 to March 2015, and then in Corporate Finance from March 2011 to September 2012. They also had previous experience in Mergers & Acquisitions / Investor Relations at Bowne, which was later acquired by RR Donnelley, from July 2009 to February 2011.

Alexis Veljkovic received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2009, they earned a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Finance from ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion. In 2008, Alexis attended Universidad Nacional de La Plata, where they studied Business management, although the specific degree obtained during this time is not mentioned.
