Justin Turner-Gonzalez has held various roles in the packaging engineering industry since 2010. In 2010, they began as a Packaging Engineer Co-op at TOLMAR Inc., where they standardized shipping container specifications, assisted the packaging group with validations, and performed package testing and documentation. In 2011, they took on a Packaging Engineer Co-op role at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they re-validated all heat sealers to ISO conformance, tested and documented validation samples, and evaluated heat sealers in need of replacement. In 2013, they joined Sealed Air Corporation as a Packaging Engineer and Mushroom Packaging Designer. Finally, in 2017, Justin began working at TemperPack, where they have held the roles of Director of Sales Engineering, Product Development Manager, R&D Manager, Senior Packaging Engineer, and Packaging Engineer.

Justin Turner-Gonzalez obtained a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Science from Rochester Institute of Technology between 2007 and 2012. Justin has also obtained two certifications from the International Safe Transit Association (ISTA): Certified Testing Professional II (CTP II) and ISTA 1A Certified Technician.
