Emer Kelly has extensive work experience in various fields, starting with their role as Proprietor and Manager of Pearl Beauty Salon from 2005 to 2009. Emer then worked as a Training and Development Manager at Osmium Beauty from 2013 to 2016, where they played a key role in designing and producing training materials and initiating certified training programs. Following this, they worked as a Columnist at Waterford Mail/Kilkenny Reporter/Carlow Courier from 2014 to 2016, where they focused on the cosmetic and beauty industry, staying updated on trends and providing informative columns. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Career Advisor at Turas Nua. Emer then joined Infosys BPM in 2018 as a Human Resources Generalist until 2020, when they were promoted to Human Resources Lead. Currently, they are employed at Tempest as a Human Resources Manager, starting in November 2022.
Emer Kelly began their education at the Waterford Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Higher Certificate in Business Studies from 2014 to 2016. Emer then pursued a Bachelor's degree (hons) in Business from the same institute, completing it in 2018. Following this, they enrolled in the University College Dublin and earned a Diploma in Creativity, Innovation, and Leadership in 2019.
